ISM has a team of experienced and qualified faculty. Most of the faculty members have rich industry experience. They make the classes interesting and effective through a strong application orientation. Faculty members are well read and keep themselves informed on the latest developments in their area of specialization. Lectures at ISM are highly interactive. During case discussions, students do most of the talking with the faculty only playing the role of facilitator. In short, ISM faculty believe that their duty is to 'create a learning environment' rather than 'teach'.
